Applications will be available to students through our new scholarship portal.

The Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson scholarship provides one-year scholarships for up to $1,000 to five African American students with average academic achievement and financial
need working towards a community college degree, or trade school certification.

With the help of two of our corporate sponsors, Purdue Brandon and Mott and Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP we have been able to develop our new HBCU internship program.
The caucus is currently seeking five students from Texas HBCU universities to assist in supporting their organizations goals. Students may earn up to $300 per month.

TCBSBM has recognized innovation and accomplishment of outstanding teachers for years. Amidst the challenges educators faced in providing quality instruction to student whether in-person or online teachers have demonstrated a commitment as never seen before. If you know a deserving teacher who could use $500.00 please takes time to complete an online application to nominate a deserving teacher.
Each year TCBSBM recognizes an educators who possess certification as an administrator within a Texas public school, demonstrate exceptional skills as an instructional leader for their exemplary
achievements. If you are someone you know excelled in setting high standards for instruction, student achievement, character, and climate for the students, families, and staffs in their learning
communities, please take a moment to complete our Administrator of the Year Nomination Form.
The Winner will receive $500.00
The TCBSBM / TASB 2021 Scholarship is funded by both Texas Caucus of Black School Board Members and Texas Association of School Board.
The TCBSBM / TASB 2021 Scholarship provides one-year scholarships for up to $3,000 to ten African American students with average academic achievement and financial need working
towards a first year college degree. Some fields of consideration may include Business, Finance Management, Coding, Education, Technology, Engineering, or Marketing, Law or related
fields.

The Collaborative Collaboration provides TCBSBM, members of The Collaborative to attend A&M Commerce to pursue graduate degrees through the Dean Opportunity grant program.
TEXAS CAUCUS OF BLACK SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS are please to offer the following scholarships opportunities to students & members who are identified as apart of the Collaborative Collaboration
TCBSBM in collaboration with Texas A&M University Commerce will provide financial support to any high school graduating seniors of TCBSBM member districts through the Collaborative Pledge program. Texas A&M-Commerce will pay the remaining balance on any tuition not covered by other financial assistance, provided the student applicant meets the criteria specified under the eligibility sections.
High School graduating students who are members of TCBSBM member districts and pursue undergraduate degrees, respectively, at A & M Commerce will also have access to guidance in this
program from A&M Commerce advisors, mentors, faculty and staff who are invested in student success.

Through the Collaborative Collaboration, The Collaborative member student graduates will also have the opportunity to participate in the Rising Lion program.
The Rising Lion program is a structured academic program that allows incoming freshmen to start taking college classes the second summer term (July) and to take advantage of incentives given only
to those who enroll in the Rising Lion program.
